My wife and I have started taking life a bit more seriously. Thinking and planning all the things that we need to do. I started creating a sort of wishlist or bucket list of sorts and a vision board of things we want to do together as we move into what people call a more mature life, although I still struggle with being an adult most of the time.

While I compiled my list, I felt proud that we had these lofty goals that would make me feel awesome as we achieved them. While doing so, I realised that my life now was more than what a 20 year old me would've listed down in his wishlist.

Made me realise -

You are living a life that is someone else's wish list. Be grateful, always.

As we run on this hedonic treadmill looking for the next goal to fulfil the emptiness inside, spare a moment to see how far you have come.
